'Kiev perlu MENJAWAB banyak Soalan2' seperti PBB menggesa antarabangsa Bukti KEMALANGAN MH17 - Moscow



bOLLy ENn Majlis Keselamatan PBB tlh mengutuk menenggak penerbangan Malaysia Airlines MH17 ke atas Ukraine & dipanggil utk siasatan antarabangsa dalam kejadian itu dalam resolusi yang diterima sebulat suara.

Semua negeri 15 anggota mengundi untuk meluluskan resolusi Australia-cadangan, mengutuk "kerasnya" kemalangan pesawat Malaysia pada 17 Julai di rantau Donetsk dari Ukraine, yang menyebabkan 298 orang mati.

PBB juga menggesa satu "penuh, menyeluruh dan bebas siasatan antarabangsa" dalam kejadian itu. Resolusi itu juga meminta ‘self-defense forces’ tempatan untuk kerjasama, seperti mengelakkan "dari apa-apa tindakan yang boleh menjejaskan integriti lokasi kemalangan."

Duta PBB Rusia, Vitaly Churkin, berkata beliau gembira bahawa Pertubuhan Pener-bangan Awam Antarabangsa (ICAO) akan mempunyai peranan yang penting semasa siasatan dan mengalu-alukan fakta bahawa Belanda akan mengambil peranan utama juga.

"Kita tidak boleh hanya membenarkan Majlis Keselamatan untuk menyokong siasatan Ukraine diterajui kerana kita tidak mempunyai kepercayaan dalam niat mereka untuk menjalankan penyiasatan benar-benar objektif," Churkin kepada pemberita selepas resolusi itu.

The UN Security Council has condemned the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 over Ukraine and called for an international probe into the incident in a unanimously adopted resolution.

All 15-member states voted to pass the Australia-proposed resolution, condemning “in the strongest terms” the crash of Malaysian plane on July 17 in Donetsk region of Ukraine, which resulted in 298 people dead.


The UN also urged a "full, thorough and independent international investigation" into the incident. The resolution also asked local self-defense forces for their cooperation, such as avoiding “from any actions that may compromise the integrity of the crash site.”

Russia's UN ambassador, Vitaly Churkin, said he was pleased that the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) will have an important role during the investigation and welcomed that fact that the Netherlands will take on the leading role as well.

"We could not simply allow the Security Council to endorse a Ukrainian-led investigation because we have no trust in their intention to conduct a truly objective investigation," Churkin told reporters following the resolution.

Ukraine akan perlu menjawab banyak soalan-soalan dlm penyiasatan antarabangsa, Churkin berkata dlm ucapannya di Majlis Keselamatan PBB, sambil menambah bahawa Kiev menyebarkan maklumat palsu yang didakwa menghubungkan ‘self-defense forces’ dengan menenggak pesawat.

"Sepanjang siasatan Ukraine akan perlu menjawab banyak soalan2: kira-kira tindakan pengawal trafik udara, sebab-sebab pergerakan salah satu sistem peluru berpandu Ukraine Buk pada 17 Julai sebelah kawasan yang dikawal oleh militia. Mengapa sistem pertahanan peluru berpandu ini telah dipindahkan serta-merta selepas kemalangan kapal terbang tersebut? Mengapa pada 17 Julai radar pertahanan udara Ukraine yang berjalan pada intensiti maksimum? "Kata Churkin.

Ukraine will have to answer a lot of questions during the international investigation, Churkin said during his speech at the UN Security Council, adding that Kiev spread fake information allegedly connecting the self-defense forces to the downing of the plane.

“Throughout the investigation Ukraine would have to answer many questions: about the actions of its air traffic controllers, the reasons for the movement of one of the Ukrainian Buk missile systems on July 17 right next to the area controlled by the militias. Why this missile defense system was moved immediately after the airplane crash? Why on July 17 Ukrainian air defense radar worked at the maximum intensity?” Churkin said.

Menteri Luar Australia Julie Bishop memberitahu Majlis Keselamatan bahawa kete-tapan itu adalah "tindak balas yang jelas daripada masyarakat antarabangsa dengan sesuatu perbuatan yang benar-benar buruk."

Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the logistics of the international investigation into the downing of the Malaysian plane with the Netherlands' Prime Minister Mark Rutte during a telephone conversation, according to a Kremlin statement published early on Tuesday. Both leaders praised the adopted resolution by the UN Security Council to investigate the crash.

Russia has released military monitoring data, which shows Kiev military jets tracking the MH17 plane shortly before the crash - and posed yet another set of questions to Ukraine and the US over the circumstances of the tragedy.

Military officials – chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces Lt. Gen. Andrey Kartopolov and chief of the Air Force Main Staff Lt. Gen. Igor Makushev - posed a number of questions to Kiev and Washington concerning the possible causes of the catastrophe in Eastern Ukraine that killed almost 300 people last Thursday.

1. Why did the MH17 plane leave the international corridor?

“Please note that the plane stayed within the corridor until it reached Donetsk but then it deviated from the route to the north,” said Kartopolov.

2. Was MH17 leaving the route a navigation mistake or was the crew following instructions by Ukrainian air traffic controllers in Dnepropetrovsk?

“The maximum deviation from the left border of the corridor was 14 km. Following that, we can see the plane maneuvering to return to the corridor, yet the Malaysian crew did not get a chance to complete the maneuver. At 17.20, the plane began to lose speed, and at 17.23 it disappeared from Russian radars.”

3. Why was a large group of air defense systems deployed to the militia-held area if the self-defense forces have no planes?

“As far as we know, the Ukrainian military had three or four air defense battalions equipped with Buk-M1 SAM systems deployed in the vicinity of Donetsk on the day of the crash. This system is capable of hitting targets within the range of 35 km at the altitude of up to 22 km.”

4 Mengapa Kiev menggunakan Buk sistem peluru berpandu 
sebelah kawasan militia terkawal ke depan tragedi itu?

"Kami mempunyai gambar-gambar satelit dari tempat di mana Ukraine mempunyai unit pertahanan udara yang dikerahkan di bahagian tenggara negara ini. Yang pertama 3 gambar telah dibuat pada 14 Julai yang pertama menunjukkan gambar pelancar Buk 8 km barat laut Lugansk.

The second photo shows radars 5 km north of Donetsk. You can see two TARs along with other equipment and technical structures. The third photo shows air defense systems north of Donetsk.

You can clearly see a TELAR launcher and about 60 military and auxiliary vehicles, tents for vehicles and other structures.

“Here’s a photo of the same area made on July 17. Please note that the launcher has disappeared. The fifth photo shows a battery of Buk missiles at the village of Zaroshchenskoye 50 km east of Donetsk and 8 km south of Shakhtyorsk on the morning of the same day. The sixth photo shows the same area on July 18. As you can see, the battery has left.”

6. What was a military plane doing on the route intended 
for civilian flights?

“There were three civilian planes in the area performing their regular flights at this time. There was a flight from Copenhagen to Singapore at 17:17, there was a flight from Paris to Taipei at 17:24, and then there was the flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur.”

“Also, Russian monitoring systems registered that there was a Ukrainian Air Force jet, probably Su-25, climbing and approaching the Malaysian Boeing.”

“The Su-25 was 3-5 km away from the Malaysian plane. Su-25 is capable of climbing to the altitude of 10,000 meters for a short period of time. Its standard armament includes R60 air-to-air missiles, which are capable of locking and hitting targets from 12 km and which are guaranteed to hit the target from the distance of 5 km.”

An air traffic controller requested the characteristics of the new airborne object, but was unable to get any readings on its parameters – most likely due to the fact that the new aircraft was not equipped with a secondary surveillance radar transponder, which is a distinctive feature of military aircraft,” said Makushev.

“Detecting the new aircraft became possible as it started to ascend. Further changes in the airborne object’s coordinates suggest that it was hovering above the Boeing 777’s crash site, monitoring of the situation.

“Ukrainian officials earlier claimed that there were no Ukrainian military aircraft in the area of the crash that day. As you can see, that is not true.”

8. Where did the launcher – from the video circulated by 
Western media and showing a Buk system being moved allegedly from Ukraine to Russia – come from? As the video was made on the territory controlled by Kiev, where was the launcher being transported?

“I’d like to say that the information we have presented here is based on objective and reliable data from various technical systems – unlike the groundless accusations made against Russia,” said Kartopolov.

10. Mengapa tidak pegawai Amerika Syarikat mendedahkan bukti yang menyokong dakwaan bahawa MH17 telah ditembak jatuh oleh peluru berpandu yang dilancarkan oleh militia?

"Pegawai Amerika Syarikat mendakwa mereka mempunyai gambar-gambar satelit membuktikan pesawat Malaysia telah ditembak jatuh oleh peluru berpandu yang dilancarkan oleh militia.

10. Why haven’t US officials revealed the evidence supporting claims that the MH17 was shot down by a missile launched by the militia?

“US officials claim they have satellite photographs proving the Malaysian airliner was shot down by a missile launched by the militia. But no one has seen these photographs so far. As far as we know, there was indeed a US satellite flying over southeastern Ukraine on July 17 from 17:06 to 17:21 Moscow time.

“This satellite is part of an experimental system designed to track and monitor the launches of missiles of various ranges. If our US colleagues have imagery from this satellite, they should release it for the international community to examine it in detail. This may be a coincidence, but the US satellite flew over Ukraine at exactly the same time when the Malaysian airliner crashed.”

Ini bukan kali pertama Russia membawakan naik soalan-soalan ‘brings up questions’ mengenai kemalangan pesawat. Tiada penjelasan yang telah mengikuti dengan Kiev menegaskan mereka mempunyai bukti yang penuh dengan Rusia berada di belakang serangan itu, tetapi setakat ini hanya melepaskan pita ‘tapes’.

This is not the first time Russia brings up questions on the plane crash. No explanations have followed with Kiev insisting they have full evidence of Russia being behind the attack, but so far only releasing tapes.

The USA, putting the blame on the self-defense forces, has yet refused to release any intelligence material. On Monday State Department Deputy Spokesperson Marie Harf described Russia’s statements as “propaganda and misinformation” - but when reporters asked her whether Washington would be releasing their intelligence and satellite data, Harf only replied "may be." So far the US has been backing its statements by social media and "common sense."

NERAKA dalam peluang IRAQ untuk pemain Minyak KURDISH . .



bOLLy ENn Kuasa Iraq runtuh boleh menjadi peluang keemasan utk syarikat-syarikat minyak yang lebih kecil yang beroperasi di utara Kurdis. General Tenaga Britain, pengendali utama di rantau ini, berdiri untuk mendapatkan syarikat-syarikat lain yang dihalau keluar.

Kemelut di Iraq adalah tidak baik utk gergasi minyak Exxon dan BP, yg mempunyai projek-projek penting di selatan Iraq di mana Golongan Sunni semakin mendarat dan menghampiri Baghdad.

Dengan negara di ambang semua keluar perang saudara ‘all-out civil war’, BP dan Shell menarik ‘pulled’ pekerja mereka keluar awal bulan ini.

Huru-hara harus memberi faedah kepada industri minyak Kurdis dan rakan-rakan serantaunya. Utara Kirkuk, Kurdistan Iraq menyediakan sebuah tempat yang tenang, dan syarikat-syarikat kecil seperti general meraih manfaat. General Tenaga merupakan rakan kongsi Kerajaan Wilayah Kurdish.

General Tenaga dikendalikan oleh bekas bos BP Tony Hayward, dan syarikat itu baru-baru ini mula mengepam minyak di sepanjang saluran paip PRU baru yang berlangsung dari Kurdistan Iraq ke Turki, di mana ia dijual di pasaran DUNIA.

Syarikat yg berpangkalan di UK menghasilkan serta mengangkut minyak dari Wilayah Kurdistan Iraq, sama ada Baghdad suka atau tidak.

"Kerajaan Iraq menuduh orang Kurdis yang mencuri minyak negara Iraq. Dan syarikat-syarikat British yang beroperasi di sana, satu cara atau lain, boleh membantu sebab itu, "Mamdouh Salameh, seorang pakar ekonomi minyak dan perunding Bank DUNIA, memberitahu RT.

Baghdad cuba menghalang general daripada mengeksport ke Turki, dan telah pun membuka kes timbang tara untuk mengelakkan kumpulan pertama minyak yang dijual.

Orang Kurdis melihat nilai dalam perkongsian itu dengan general kerana ia membantu membiayai misi mereka untuk membebaskan diri dari Iraq.

Aset minyak di rantau ini termasuk Taq Taq, Tawke, Miran dan Bina Bawi bidang dan saluran paip PRU itu. Syarikat ini mengeluarkan 80,000 tong minyak sehari, dan pada tahun 2014 menjangkakan untuk mengepam 145,000 tong.

HELLFIRE in IRAQ Opportunity for Kurdish Oil PLAYERS . . .

Iraq’s crumbling authority could be a golden opportunity for smaller oil companies that operate in the Kurdish north. Britain’s Genel Energy, a key operator in the region, stands to gain as other companies are driven out.

Turmoil in Iraq is bad for oil giants Exxon and BP, who have significant projects in Iraq’s south where Sunni jihadists are gaining ground and are nearing Baghdad.

With the country on the brink of all-out civil war, BP and Shell pulled their employees out earlier this month.

The chaos should benefit the Kurdish oil industry and its regional partners. North of Kirkuk, Iraqi Kurdistan provides an oasis of tranquillity, and small companies like Genel are reaping the benefits. Genel Energy is a partner of the Kurdish Regional Government.

Genel Energy is run by former BP boss Tony Hayward, and the company recently began pumping oil along its new KRI pipeline which runs from Iraqi Kurdistan to Turkey, where it is sold on world markets.

The UK-based company produces as well as transports oil from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, whether Baghdad likes it or not.

“The Iraqi government is accusing the Kurds of stealing Iraq’s national oil. And British companies operating there, one way or another, could be helping that cause,” Mamdouh Salameh, an oil economist and World Bank consultant, told RT.

Baghdad is trying to prevent Genel from exporting to Turkey, and has even opened an arbitration case to prevent the first batch of oil being sold.

The Kurds see value in the partnership with Genel because it helps fund their mission to break free from Iraq.

Oil assets in the region include Taq Taq, Tawke, Miran and Bina Bawi fields and the KRI pipeline. The company produces 80,000 barrels of oil per day, and by 2014 expects to pump 145,000 barrels.

Syarikat itu, walaupun kecil, mempunyai kira-kira $ 600,000,000 tunai di tangan. Pada bulan Mei ia dibangkitkan $ 500 juta pada jualan bon tidak diinsuranskan.

Hayward berangkat ‘departed’ BP pada tahun 2010 berikutan bencana PR syarikat itu menghadapi selepas Teluk Mexico tumpahan minyak. Hayward tidak lama lagi boleh meninggalkan general untuk memimpin perdagangan dan perlombongan syarikat Glencore, kerana dia telah dilantik sebagai Pengerusi pada bulan Mei.

Kurdistan produces 200,000 barrels per day compared to 3 million barrels in southern Iraq, according to Bloomberg data

“They are too small to be considered for major oil fields in Iraq. They will never, and I repeat never, be permitted to operate in Iraq” Salameh told RT.

Genel Energy was formed out of a merger between Turkish Genel Enerji and Vallares, Hayward’s investment arm.

Proven reserves include 453 million barrels of oil equivalent and 1.1 billion barrels of oil equivalent in contingent reserves, both are 2013 estimates made by the company.

The company, though small, has about $600 million cash on hand. In May it raised $500 million in an uninsured bond sale.

Hayward departed BP in 2010 following the PR disaster the company faced after the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. Hayward could soon leave Genel to lead the trading and mining company Glencore, as he was appointed Chairman in May.
